Who We Are
Meet Nancy Pealing, CPCO
With over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Nancy Pealing offers her clients valuable insights into quality improvement, operational excellence, and practice scalability. She has held multiple C-Suite executive roles including CEO, COO, and CQO across large FQHC groups, private practice specialty groups, and patient engagement organizations serving national health insurers.
During her 15 year tenure as COO/CQO at Borrego Health, she helped grow the organization from a single clinic into a regional system of over 15 sites with more than 1,000 employees and more than $200 million in annual revenue. Before departing in 2020, she led population health initiatives that earned the system nearly $1 million in HRSA quality awards. Nancy later served as CQO at SameSky Health, leading teams that helped health plans improve their Star Ratings and HEDIS measures. Most recently, as CEO of Glia Health Management MSO, Nancy oversaw the expansion of The Neuron Clinic — one of Southern California’s busiest private neurology groups — from 3 to 6 locations and from 10 to 24 neurology providers.
